Carrier of the dead by Ashwings Carrier of the dead by Ashwings
An abandoned hearse in a junkyard. I found it while looking out the window on a tip to Toronto. :)

Poor ol' girl, looks like she could use some work. All in all, nice looking hearse.

I know it's definitely not the same car, but this reminds me of Dean Winchester.

I know I know. Just saying it reminds me of his Impala. Because it's black and old and the front looks a bit similar.

(I don't claim to know much about cars. Especially old ones. :P)

x) A lot of the cars from the time period had common features in the design. And yes, it does look somewhat similar. Old cars just have that charm about them. And it's really sad to see one like this just rust away.

Yeah, my sister has a dark blue 67 Ford Mustang that doesn't work well. It runs, but it makes weird noises and dies sometimes. And my dad has a 60-something Oldsmobile Cutlass with an engine that needs work. We don't have time to fix them so we're trying to sell them.

That's such a shame. The ford mustang is also just a dream car. I wish I knew more about fixing cars, and had the money for one of my own. Fixing good old cars would be the best way to consume some spare time.
Good luck with it.

This is simiar to the model I want. Mine's the more famous younger brother; '55 Cadillac Meteor Miller... better known as the Ecto-1 ;)
A beautiful shot of a fantastic machine, regardless!

There's a classic Cadillac Hearse rusting away in a field, and no one's claimed it!? You Canadians are weird.

That body looks like it's in decent shape... wonder why it's just sitting there. I love old hearses though, they have so much character <3
