Little Warrior by Ashwings Little Warrior by Ashwings
"WAAAAAAAAARRGHHHHH!!!"

It's a damn shame I couldn't get this little guy in the centre of the shot. Sparrows are SO fast when they are in flight they are insanely difficult to photograph, for me anyways with my limited experience. I just really loved the insane menacing spunk this little guy had.

Enjoy the asymmetry!

I think it looks even better with him off to the side. It feels more natural, captures that speed you mention in the description. Impressive detail on top of that. :)

Awesome photo! I'm glad you had a good camera, because the detail in her wings and feathers is incredible without the movement blurring it. You set it up just right to take a picture in flight, and the asymmetry is nice, actually.

Such an awesome shot. I actually really like that it's off center too. It looks intentional and gives a great weight to the image.

I actually like it being off center.

I think just being able to take a picture of the thing is impressive, I wouldn't be able to. Move to fast for me ^^;

Nope! I just used the lens that came with a camera. But a tip for capturing bird photos, they'll get in really close if you feed them :)

Personally, I like the assymetry because it gives it a more moving feel to the picture, instead of a more static feel it might have gained from being in the center.

Man, that sparrow is moving fast...Wonderful shot!
